When the Cowboys released left tackle Flozell Adams on Good Friday it meant Doug Free was going to move up the depth chart and become the starting left tackle for 2010.

Hold up.

The draft could halt that move, especially if Dallas selects a left tackle in the first round.

But SI's Peter King speculates that the Baltimore Ravens might work a trade with their left tackle, Jared Gaither, to the Cowboys. Gaither is a restricted free agent, who received a first round tender. The Ravens are shopping him but it's uncertain if anyone is serious about making a deal.

If Dallas trades for Gaither it pushes Free to possibly compete for the starting right tackle spot held by Marc Colombo, or back to the bench.
