IRVING, Texas -- As expected, four key Cowboys returned to practice after sitting out Wednesday.

Running back Felix Jones, right tackle Marc Colombo, cornerback Terence Newman and linebacker Bradie James dressed out and participated in the portion of practice open to the media.

Jones bruised his forearm and sprained his ankle Sunday. The ankle injury is a bigger concern.

Colombo has been dealing with a sore back for a little while. James sprained his knee weeks ago.

Newman has a rib muscle strain that caused him to leave Sunday's loss in the third quarter.
