IRVING, Texas -- Terry McAulay’s crew will work Sunday’s game between the Cowboys and Philadelphia a week after they worked the intense Pittsburgh-Baltimore game in which they threw 19 flags.

Eighteen penalties were accepted. The Steelers were flagged nine times for 61 yards and the Ravens were flagged nine times for 53 yards. But this crew let a couple of helmet-to-helmet hits go that led to fines from the NFL, so look for them to be highly sensitive to those plays Sunday.

Here’s the penalty breakdown:

Offensive holding – 5
False start – 4
Delay of game – 1
Kick formation – 1
Illegal contact – 1
Defensive holding – 1
Neutral zone infraction – 1
Offside, free kick – 1
Illegal formation – 1
Player out of bounds on punt – 1
Defensive pass interference – 2

Quarter-by-quarter breakdown:

First – 8
Second – 2
Third – 4
Fourth – 5
