IRVING, Texas – Tony Romo’s routine to protect his fractured rib and treat the pain will remain the same as the previous two games.
He’ll continue to wear the Kevlar vest. He’ll take another pregame pain-killing injection.
But Romo’s health has improved significantly over the last few weeks. He has been a full participant in the Cowboys’ practices this week.
“I’m feeling better,” Romo said. “Every week that goes by gets better and better. Hopefully in about a couple of weeks it’ll be back to normal. Until then we have to do some little things to get over it.”
