ARLINGTON, Texas -- DeMarco Murray was forced from the game with a right ankle sprain with 4:54 left in the first quarter after an 8-yard run.

Murray was twisted to the ground by Dave Tollefson with the weight of the Giants defensive end falling on the rookie running backs’ right ankle. Murray needed help getting off the field and went straight to the locker room for further evaluation.

It was not known if he'll return.

He was replaced by Felix Jones, who lost his starting job to Murray after he suffered a left ankle sprain on Oct. 16 at New England.
