Pebble Beach possibility: Tony Romo-Tiger Woods pairing
PGA Tour pro Ryan Palmer, who lives in the Metroplex and is friends with Romo, confirmed as much as well, telling PGATour.com that Romo already told him that he is playing with Woods.
It wouldn't be the first time that Woods and Romo have been paired together. They played a Wednesday pro-am in 2009 at Congressional in the AT&T National.
Woods has not played in this particular event since 2002. However, he did play the course during the 2010 U.S. Open, where he tied for fourth.
