IRVING, Texas -- In order to have as close to a full practice squad as possible Saturday, the Cowboys have pushed back the start of practice to 11:45 a.m.
The Cowboys will find out shortly after 11 a.m. which players have cleared waivers and will return to the practice squad. The team would like to keep wide receiver Danny Coale, linebacker Adrian Hamilton, running backs Lance Dunbar and Jamize Olawale on the practice squad, among some of the other players that were cut Friday.
Practice had been scheduled to begin at 11:15 a.m.
If the Cowboys made waiver claims, then they will find out who they received at the same time and will have to make corresponding roster cuts.
Offensive lineman Ryan Cook, picked up in a trade on Friday from Miami, will be at practice.
