IRVING, Texas -- Inside linebacker Sean Lee (hip) was a limited participant in practice for the second consecutive day, according to the Cowboys injury report.

Also, defensive end Marcus Spears (knee) returned to the practice field on a limited basis.

Spears and Lee are both expected to play in Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.

The following starters missed practice Thursday: Defensive end Kenyon Coleman (knee), center Phil Costa (back) nose tackle Jay Ratliff (ankle) and safety Gerald Sensabaugh (calf).

Safety Barry Church (quad) fully participated in practice for the second consecutive day and is paired with Danny McCray at that spot with Sensabaugh out.

Wide receiver Miles Austin (hamstring), wide receiver Andre Holmes (knee), cornerback Mike Jenkins (shoulder), outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware (hamstring), outside linebacker Kyle Wilber (thumb) and tight end Jason Witten (abdomen) were listed on the injury report but practiced fully.

Linebacker Alex Albright (stinger) and safety Matt Johnson (hamstring) are backup players who did not practice.
