Officials breakdown II: Walt Anderson

IRVING, Texas – With the regular officials back to work, the Cowboys will welcome Walt Anderson's crew to Cowboys Stadium for Monday Night Football against the Chicago Bears.

Anderson worked the de facto NFC East championship game in January between the Cowboys and New York Giants at MetLife Stadium. The crew did not work a playoff game last season.

In that game, they called 10 penalties for 71 yards. The Cowboys were penalized seven times for 43 yards and the Giants were flagged three times for 28 yards.

Illegal block above the waist – 1
Neutral zone infraction – 3
Defensive pass interference – 1
Illegal forward pass – 1
Illegal touching – 1
Offensive holding – 1
Offside – 1
Unnecessary roughness – 1
