Officials breakdown: Mike Carey

IRVING, Texas – Like the Cowboys, referee Mike Carey and his officiating crew will be coming off the bye week Sunday at Baltimore.

It will also be the first time the Cowboys have seen Carey since the Sept. 20, 2009 regular season opener at Cowboys Stadium.

Carey’s crew worked the Seattle-St. Louis game two weeks ago and threw 15 flags with 11 penalties accepted for 92 yards. Seattle was penalized five times for 55 yards, and the Rams had six penalties for 37 yards.
