BALTIMORE – Cowboys defensive end Sean Lissemore suffered a right ankle injury on the opening series of Sunday’s game at Baltimore and is having X-rays.

The Cowboys chose to de-activate Marcus Spears with the return of Jay Ratliff and Kenyon Coleman from injuries and if Lissemore cannot return have only rookie Tyrone Crawford as a backup defensive end.

Lissemore was hurt on a 2-yard run by Ray Rice with 11:16 left in the first quarter. He was replaced by Crawford with Coleman also resting.
