IRVING, Texas -- Running back DeMarco Murray missed his second day of practice on Thursday with a sprained foot, leaving little doubt now that Felix Jones will start at Carolina on Sunday.

In today's Landry Locker room, Landry has five things the Cowboys can do to head toward Jerry's goal of competing for a championship.

It's no surprise given how Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said Tuesday that he regrets not having Murray for the upcoming Carolina game.

Also missing practice was punter Chris Jones (knee), center/guard Ryan Cook (hamstring) and defensive end Sean Lissemore (ankle).

Outside linebacker Anthony Spencer (pectoral muscle) and center Phil Costa (knee) were at practice, though it's uncertain how much they'll do after both were limited Wednesday.
