IRVING, Texas -- Cowboys center Phil Costa was a full participant in practice Thursday. Costa was limited in practice Wednesday with a sore right knee, but Thursday he was able to do everything.

The Cowboys limited Costa's work Wednesday as a precaution and when he didn't take snaps with the first team they went to David Arkin.

Punter Brian Moorman (groin) and cornerback Morris Claiborne (knee) were full participants in practice.

Outside linebacker Anthony Spencer (strained pectoral muscle) was limited. He walked through the locker room with his shoulder wrapped in ice.

Center Ryan Cook (hamstring), punter Chris Jones (knee), defensive end Sean Lissemore (ankle) and running back DeMarco Murray (foot) didn't practice.

Jones might punt Friday but if not Moorman will punt Sunday afternoon at Carolina.
Calvin Watkins joined ESPNDallas.com in September 2009. He's covered the Cowboys since 2006 and also has covered colleges, boxing and high school sports.
