IRVING, Texas – At 3-5 and closer to the bottom of the conference than the top, the Cowboys would appear to be a desperate football team entering Sunday’s game at Philadelphia.

PODCAST
Todd Archer joins Ben and Skin to debate the future of Jason Garrett and how it should be handled.

Listen Listen
Jason Garrett doesn’t like the word desperate, just like he doesn’t have much use for words like concerned and frustrated.

“I wouldn’t say that at all,” Garrett said. “You’ve heard me use the word urgent a lot around here. We believe in urgency 365 days out of the year, and that’s where we are right now. We have to be urgent in our preparation on Wednesday, getting ready for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.”

That would be the 3-5 Eagles, who are equally as desperate, er, urgent.
