IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys' injury report was released Thursday afternoon and running back DeMarco Murray, who attended practice and ran around a little, was listed as not participating in the session.
Murray corrected a reporter by telling him he caught three passes in pat-and-go Thursday morning, but it appears the starting running back will need more time to recover from a sprained foot.
Team executive vice president Stephen Jones said the Cowboys don't want Murray to play at less than 100 percent given the type of injury he has to his ligaments.
Cornerback Mike Jenkins is new to the injury report this week. He missed Thursday's practice with a sore back.
Wide receiver Dez Bryant (hip) and running back Felix Jones (knee) were full participants in practice.
Inside linebacker Dan Connor (neck) was limited in practice for the second consecutive day.
Center Phil Costa (ankle), safety Matt Johnson (hamstring), defensive end Sean Lissemore (ankle) and nose tackle Jay Ratliff (ankle) missed practice.
