CINCINNATI -- Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne suffered a cut to his face after a third-quarter hit and is questionable to return to Sunday’s game at Cincinnati.

Claiborne was hurt as he attempted to tackle Orson Charles on a first-down catch. He collided with teammate Danny McCray and lost his helmet in the process. Claiborne was motionless but was able to walk off the field under his own power.

Sterling Moore took over when the Cowboys played the nickel defense and Mike Jenkins worked outside in the base defense.

The Cowboys had three players get hurt on the drive, but DeMarcus Ware (shoulder) and Gerald Sensabaugh (leg) were able to remain in the game. Anthony Spencer jogged into the locker room after Josh Brown’s field goal made the score 16-10. Spencer is playing with a calf injury.
