IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys will look for their first three-game winning streak of this season and first since a late-run last season when they play the Detroit Lions on Sunday at Ford Field.

Before we get to kickoff, here is the weekly recap of events.

The Dez Bryant-Calvin Johnson debate raged all week.

Brandon Carr will get a chance to follow Johnson, just like he has for Demaryius Thomas, Pierre Garcon and, to an extent, DeSean Jackson.

For all of the Megatron, Bryant talk, Cole Beasley will play a big role this week, too.

Jean-Jacques Taylor wonders if DeMarcus Ware’s time is running out.

Almost miraculously, Jay Ratliff was cleared by his doctors a week after he was cut by the Cowboys. Sean Lee has moved on.

London is calling the Cowboys for a game next year against Jacksonville.

Calvin Watkins checks in with this edition of The Boys.

Mike Rothstein and I bring you a little Double Coverage to preview Sunday’s game.
