Cowboys defensive tackle Jason Hatcher was named as a Pro Bowl replacement on Thursday.

Hatcher finished the 2013 season with a career-high 11 sacks and led the team with eight tackles for loss. He also compiled a career-high eight stuffs, tackles for zero yards or a loss, in 2013.

Hatcher joins wide receiver Dez Bryant and left tackle Tyron Smith on the Pro Bowl team. This is Hatcher's first Pro Bowl selection and it comes at a good time.

He enters his free-agency season as one of the more sought after defensive players on the market. Hatcher is expecting to get a big-money deal, and with the Cowboys under a tight salary-cap crunch, it's uncertain if he'll return.

Hatcher replaces Baltimore defensive tackle Haloti Ngata on the team. Ngata and his wife are expecting their third child on Tuesday.

"I'm so emotional right now," Hatcher said on Twitter. "This been the best 24 hours of my life a baby boy and a pro bowl. God is good!!!!"
