Seventh-round pick agrees to deal
By Tim MacMahon
Seventh-round defensive lineman Sean Lissemore became the first member of the Cowboys’ 2010 draft class to come to terms.
The William & Mary product agreed to a four-year contract Wednesday, agent Wes Bridges said.
The Cowboys like the 6-4, 298-pound Lissemore’s athleticism and intensity. Lissemore was a sprinter and wrestler in high school, and his motor reminds Wade Phillips and Jerry Jones of former seventh-round pick Jay Ratliff.
Lissemore could end up backing up Ratliff at nose tackle, but he worked primarily at defensive end during organized team activities and minicamp.
