No Gerald Sensabaugh at practice
By Calvin Watkins
IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys returned to work Monday morning and were missing safety Gerald Sensabaugh for an undetermined reason.
Sensabaugh wasn't seen during the open media period of practice.
Last season, Sensabaugh battled through a foot injury and underwent minor knee surgery prior to training camp. Last week, Sensabaugh said he was completely healthy.
The Cowboys got the return of special teams ace and safety Danny McCray, who missed the Week 1 victory over the New York Giants with a stinger.
Nose tackle Jay Ratliff (ankle), safety Matt Johnson (hamstring) and center Phil Costa (back) were not at practice. Coach Jason Garrett listed Costa as day-to-day with his injury.
Ryan Cook will get some first-team snaps along with David Arkin in place of Costa. The Cowboys don't have a rush to give guard Mackenzy Bernadeau snaps at center at this moment.
Running back Felix Jones (ribs), cornerback Mike Jenkins (shoulder), wide receiver Andre Holmes (knee), cornerback Morris Claiborne (knee) and tight end Jason Witten (spleen) attended practice.
Jenkins missed the Giants game but could play Sunday at Seattle.
