By Jean-Jacques Taylor

A look at the snaps played by Cowboys’ defenders in the team’s 38-31 loss to the Washington Redskins, while analyzing what it means:

S Gerald Sensabaugh: 62 of 62
OLB Anthony Spencer: 61 of 62
CB Brandon Carr: 60 of 62
OLB DeMarcus Ware: 60 of 62
CB Morris Claiborne: 54 of 62
ILB Bruce Carter: 46 of 62
DE Marcus Spears: 44 of 62
S Danny McCray: 38 of 62
NT Josh Price-Brent: 36 of 62
ILB Ernie Sims: 35 of 62
ILB Dan Connor: 35 of 62
S Charlie Peprah: 32 of 62
DE Tyrone Crawford: 31 of 62
DE Jason Hatcher: 30 of 62
CB Mike Jenkins: 25 of 62
S Eric Frampton: 17 of 62
DE Ben Bass 16 of 62
CB Orlando Scandrick: 13 of 62
OLB Victor Butler: 3 of 62
ILB Alex Albright: 1 of 62

Taylor's Takes: Victor Butler, who has shown an ability to rush the passer this season, had his most limited playing time of the season. At a time when a young player such as Butler should be pressing for playing time, his keeps getting reduced. Yet another unproductive draft pick. ... Ben Bass and Marcus Spears continue to split time as they replaced defensive end Kenyon Coleman.
