IRVING, Texas -- Jerome Boger will be the referee for Sunday’s game between the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints.

The Cowboys saw Boger in their Week 2 loss at the Kansas City Chiefs. They were penalized five times for a season-low 27 yards. The Chiefs were penalized 10 times for 45 yards.

Last week Boger’s crew worked the San Diego Chargers-Washington Redskins' game that had a somewhat controversial replay overruling of a touchdown that would have given the Chargers the win. Washington won in overtime.

IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys will get their third officiating crew of the year returning from on off week when they face Buffalo Sunday at Cowboys Stadium.

Jerome Boger’s crew has the call after handling Indianapolis-Tennessee in Week 8.

The last time the Cowboys saw Boger came last Thanksgiving against New Orleans. They had four penalties for 19 yards and the Saints had four for 30.

The Colts were penalized 10 times for 66 yards and the Titans had three penalties for 40 yards. They crew called 15 penalties in the game. Beware of the holding penalty, especially if you’re a special teamer. They called three holding penalties on special teams in their last game.
