IRVING, Texas -- Steven “Pepsi’’ Hale is the envy of the PGA Tour caddie legion.
As the man on the bag for HP Byron Nelson Championship winner Keegan Bradley, Hale was presented a 2011 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid on Sunday. The tournament brought back its Caddy for a Caddie promotion, the first of its kind on the PGA Tour.
“It’s a nice bonus from the guys at HP to be able to do that for us,’’ said Hale. “It is truly a testament to how much thought they put into everything they do here.’’
Hale said since a car was purchased for his wife only a week ago, he’ll probably be driving the Escalade.
