When we saw them last: Allen’s comeback bid against Euless Trinity in the area round fell just short in a 37-35 loss. Cedar Hill lost to Denton Guyer in the area round, 48-35, not two months after beating Guyer at Cowboys Stadium.

What’s at stake: Allen’s potential perfect season. The Eagles have the talent to run the table and win a state title and but will be tested in this Tom Landry Classic matchup.
Key matchup: Cedar Hill’s QB rotation vs. Allen’s defense. Both Damion Hobbs and Andre Anderson are expected to play under center for Cedar Hill. The arrangement will get a stiff opening test against a talented Allen defense led by LB Thaddeus LaGrone.
