Mavs drop spot in power rankings
The reasoning?
There had to be some sort of penalty assessed to the Mavs after their home loss last Tuesday to severely short-handed Golden State.
This week’s rankings in their entirety can be found here.
This week’s Mavs comment:
“Losing at home to the six-man Warriors can't go unpunished -- hence the drop to No. 7 -- but maybe we've been a bit too tough on the Mavs. They've had injuries, too ... but going 7-3 on the road works for anyone.”
