On Friday afternoon, Cleveland guard LeBron James as part of the LeBron James Family Foundation dedicated a playground to the Oak Cliff Boys & Girls Club in Dallas.
This is the third playground that James has dedicated.
In 2008, James placed a playground, along with State Farm, at St. Bernard Recreation Center in the 7th Ward in New Orleans.
Last year, one was placed at the Robson Boys & Girls Club in Phoenix.
"For me to give back to kids is a passion of mine," said James, who was joined by Minnesota running back Adrian Peterson and his dad Nelson. "Kids benefit from this type of situation. Making them happy is No. 1 for me."
James said he wanted to check out the playground with the kids, but couldn't because of the snow.
