Good news for Howard on number front
Howard made his Washington debut Wednesday night wearing No. 55 because 14th-man Dominic McGuire already had possession of No. 5.
But, word has just come down from the Washington Post's Michael Lee that the Wizards have traded the little-used McGuire to Sacramento for a future second-round pick and cash.
No word yet if Howard will make the switch or if Wiz management traded McGuire to get J-5 his rightful jersey number back. J-55 just doesn't roll off the tongue.
