No Bricktown for the Mavs

LOS ANGELES -- Frankly, I've been more focused on keeping up with the Oklahoma City-Portland game than watching garbage time here at the Staples Center. (Roddy B's on the bench.)

Marcus Camby carried the Brandon Roy-less Trail Blazers to a win, which means the Thunder is locked into the eighth seed and a date with the Lakers.

It also makes a Mavs-Spurs rematch pretty likely.

The Mavs can clinch the second seed with a win Wednesday over the Spurs. If the Mavs don't win, the Jazz can move into that slot by beating the Suns in Phoenix.

If the Jazz do steal the second seed, the Mavs would meet the Blazers in the first round, assuming Portland doesn't gag against Golden State in the regular-season finale.
