Tickets for Heat, Lakers part of 3-game package

Premium regular season single-game tickets for the Dallas Mavericks will go on sale Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. These tickets will only be available online at mavs.com or through the Mavericks sales office.

Tickets to the Nov. 27 game vs. the Miami Heat and the Jan. 19 and March 12 games vs. the Los Angeles Lakers can be purchased as part of a three-game package that includes one of the three premium games and two additional regular season games. The team will release more details about this the week of Sept. 13-17.

Remaining regular season single-game tickets will go on sale Saturday, Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. Tickets for the remaining 38 regular season home games will be available simultaneously at the American Airlines Center box office and all Ticketmaster outlets. The Mavericks will open up regular season play Oct. 27 vs. the Charlotte Bobcats.

Preseason single-game tickets will go on sale Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the AAC box office, online at mavs.com and via phone by calling 214.747.MAVS. The Mavs open the preseason at home on Oct. 5.

Here's a breakdown of special ticket discounts:

$2 Tickets: For the fourth season, the Mavericks will be offering more than 500 $2 tickets for most home games. “We want everyone to be able to experience the excitement of a Mavs game,” said Mavericks owner Mark Cuban .

RPL Nights: RPL Nights return for the fifth season and will feature special discounted tickets for 10 pre-selected games. Tickets normally priced $9 will be $2, $15 will be $10, $31 will be $20 and $42 will be $32.

Dr Pepper Family Nights: Dr Pepper Family Night ticket packages will be expanded this season to include select lower-level and Platinum-level inventory for a number of pre-selected games. Family Night packages include four discounted game tickets and four McDonald’s Extra Value Meal coupons.

All $2 tickets, RPL Night tickets and Dr Pepper Family Night ticket packages will be available starting Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. at the AAC box office and through all Ticketmaster outlets.

*A lottery system will be in place for those who choose to purchase tickets at the AAC on Oct. 2. Beginning at 6 a.m., a lottery number will be given to each person that arrives early. At approximately 9:30 a.m., or when all the lottery numbers have been given out, there will be a drawing to determine the first person in line. All numbers sequentially following the drawn number will be the second, third, fourth, etc. in line.
