Age only a number?: Mavs' is going down
Last season, the Mavs relied most on their senior-most players: Jason Kidd at 39, Vince Carter at 35, Jason Terry at 34, Dirk Nowitzki and Shawn Marion at 33 and Brendan Haywood at 32, while their youngest players were mostly bench-warmers.
The re-made Mavs have started to turn that model upside-down.
