Here are some notes and a statistical update on Dallas Stars prospects playing junior hockey, in Europe and in college.
*G Jack Campbell (1st round/2010) is 3-0-0 with a 1.65 goals against average and .947 save percentage so far for the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League. Campbell has stopped 89 of 94 shots in his first three starts.
*D Jamie Oleksiak (1st round/2011) scored his first OHL goal, tallying on the power play for Saginaw Spirit.
*F Matej Stransky (6th round/2011) picked up two goals, one assist and a plus-two rating as Saskatoon (WHL) beat Red Deer over the weekend. Stransky has three goals in four games so far this season.
*F Alex Guptill (3rd round/2010) picked up an assist and had five shots on goal in his debut with Michigan, which opened its season with a 5-0 win over Niagara Tuesday.
*F Reilly Smith (3rd round/2009), who will be a junior at Miami University, was named Preseason All-CCHA First Team.
