DALLAS -- Stars forward Steve Ott will miss his sixth straight game with a hip pointer when the Dallas Stars take on the Florida Panthers tonight at American Airlines Center.

"He's not going tonight. He'll be ready for Friday," said Stars coach Glen Gulutzan. "He's pleading his case to go tonight, but it's better for us long-term than to rush him back when he's 85 percent."

Kari Lehtonen is in goal for the Stars. Word is that Scott Clemmensen will get the start in goal for the Panthers. It is his first start of the season.
