Former Dallas Star Mike Keane could be headed towards retirement. The Winnipeg Free Press is reporting the 43-year-old forward won't return next season to the AHL's Manitoba Moose, the team he's played for the past five seasons.
Keane won three Stanley Cups during his NHL career, including one with the Stars in 1999. He played four seasons for the Stars (1997-2001), playing 242 regular season games and 73 more in the playoffs. He was a big part of the Stars' success back in those days.
