Spring training TV and radio schedule set

SURPRISE, Ariz. -- The Rangers announced their 2010 spring training broadcast schedule on Monday. It includes:

* A record 10 games on TV, including seven on KTXA-TV (Ch. 21) and three on Fox Sports Southwest. The games on TXA21 include: March 14 vs. Arizona at 3:05 p.m. CT, March 18 vs. Milwaukee (8:05 p.m. CT); March 20 vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers (3:05 p.m. CT); March 21 vs. San Diego (3:05 p.m. CT); March 24 vs. the Chicago Cubs (3:05 p.m. CT); March 25 vs. the Los Angeles Angels (3:05 p.m. CT); and April 2 against the Kansas City Royals at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (7:05 p.m.). The three Fox Sports Southwest broadcasts: March 15 vs. San Francisco (8:05 p.m. CT); March 17 vs. Seattle (9:05 p.m. CT); and March 28 vs. the Chicago White Sox (3:05 p.m. CT).

* There will be 14 games on radio, including eight free of charge on texasrangers.com. There are nine weekend games on KRLD 1080 AM and five on 105.3 The Fan.
