Notes:Manager Ron Washington still doesn't know who will start Wednesday night in Arlington. RHP Tommy Hunter threw on flat ground Friday and is expected to have a bullpen session Saturday. If all goes well, Hunter will pitch Tuesday vs. Pittsburgh. ... LHP Derek Holland(inflammation left rotator cuff) tweaked his right knee during a pitcher's drill in Surprise, Ariz., this morning and will be examined by a team doctor on Saturday. Also, RHP Rich Harden (left gluteal muscle strain) did not throw on the side today. Instead, he got an anti-inflammatory shot and won't pitch until early next week. ... Closer Neftali Feliz, who has pitched the last three games, is unavailable tonight. Frank Francisco is the closer. ... Michael Young, a big Lakers fan, still doesn't know who is the greatest Laker of all-time is. Maybe Magic Johnson. Maybe Kobe Bryant. Maybe Kareem.
