Tonight's lineup: Jorge Cantu starts at 1B

NOTE: Original lineups had New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano in the lineup, but those lineups have been pulled with Cano out and Ramiro Pena in at second base and batting ninth. Correct lineups are below.

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Rangers manager Ron Washington said he wanted to put his most veteran lineup on the field for tonight's two-game series opener against the New York Yankees. That's why right-handed hitting Jorge Cantu will get the start at first base and bat seventh against Yankees righty A.J. Burnett instead of left-handed hitting youngster Mitch Moreland.

New York will be without slugger Mark Teixeira, who stayed behind to be with his wife, who is expected to deliver a baby today. That gives former Houston Astros star Lance Berkman the start at first base. Also, second baseman Robinson Cano and catcher Jorge Posada are out.
