Colby Lewis gets off to fast start

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Rangers pitcher Colby Lewis had an easy 14-pitch first inning, aided by catcher Bengie Molina gunning down Curtis Granderson attempting to steal second.

Lewis walked Granderson to bring up Robinson Cano with one out. On a hit-and-run, Cano popped up to shallow left for the second out. Alex Rodriguez got the count to 2-2 before Granderson took off. Molina's throw was on the money and Ian Kinsler made a good tag.
