ARLINGTON, Texas -- A few other Rangers items to share with you:

* Season tickets for the 2011 season will go on sale today. The club will announce pricing later in the day on that, but overall prices will increase less than five percent. That means some seats will be higher, some lower and some the same.

"The increases are a little bit greater in the premium locations, and they're smaller for the less expensive areas, for the most part," Greenberg said. "We're not trying to exploit the tidal wave of enthusiasm for the Rangers by dramatically increasing prices."

Greenberg said the club had between 8 to 9,000 season-ticket equivalents in 2010 and would like to eventually get that number above 20,000. But that won't happen in one off-season. He said that there are 26,000 seats for season-tickets available in the park for less than $20.

* Parking will stay where the Greenberg group lowered them in 2011. That means $10 parking in most lots and $5 on Fridays.

* Greenberg said the club has finalized a TV deal with FSSW, but wouldn't get into any details about it. One plus for Rangers fans in Houston: You'll get to see the Rangers without any issue on the main FSSW channel starting in 2013 when the Astros move to Comcast.

* Greenberg said Nolan Ryan and Jon Daniels have had preliminary conversations about new contracts for Daniels and his staff and that those should get done "real soon." Even though Daniels has one more year on his contract (he can opt out because of the ownership change), the club wants to be sure a new deal is in place.
