Rangers lead off Sunday Night lineup

The Rangers will appear on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball the first week of the season and at least two other times, it was announced Wednesday.

ESPN's first national Sunday telecast of the 2012 season will be April 8 from Arlington, when the Rangers host the Chicago White Sox.

The Rangers are also scheduled to appear in Sunday night games April 29, when they host the Tampa Bay Rays, and May 13, when they host Albert Pujols and the Los Angeles Angels.

Only 10 Sunday night games have been confirmed. Matchups for the remainder of the season will be made three weeks (all June; July 1, 22 and 29) or two weeks (August and September) in advance.
