Lineups: Nelson Cruz draws first start in left field

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Nelson Cruz, hero of Saturday's 8-3 win over Houston, draws his first start of the season in left field today, making way for Brandon Snyder in right. Josh Hamilton is sidelined for the third straight game as he recovers from an intestinal virus.
