ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Texas Rangers and the Minnesota Twins battle in the middle game of this three-game series Saturday before the All-Star break. The matchup features LHP Derek Holland, who is making his return to the Rangers rotation, vs. RHP Samuel Deduno at 6:15 p.m. on ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM/1540 AM/FOX. A quick look at the matchup:

Holland (5-4, 5.10): The 25-year-old will be making his 12th start and 13th appearance of the season. ... Has been on the disabled list since June 7 with left shoulder fatigue. ... In Triple-A, he is 1-2 with a 2.14 ERA in nine starts. ... Has tallied 46 strikeouts and 22 walks in 42 innings. ... He has made six major league appearances -- four with the Rockies and two with the Padres. ... In those appearances, he has a 3.18 ERA. ... Gave up two runs on eight hits with four walks and seven strikeouts in 5.2 innings of big league work.
