Buzz: Mitch Moreland to rehab Monday

ANAHEIM, Caif. -- The Rangers announced that Mitch Moreland, on the disabled list since June 22 with a strained left hamstring, will begin a rehabilitation assignment in Triple-A Round Rock on Monday.

Moreland's wife is due to give birth Wednesday, so he could leave the rehab assignment to be with her before resuming it some time later in the week.

Other notes:

* Colby Lewis did not pitch his customary bullpen session before Saturday's game, but the team has not placed him on the disabled list. Lewis experienced some tightness in his right forearm Wednesday in Oakland. He might try to throw a bullpen again Sunday.

* Neftali Feliz's next rehab outing with Round Rock will be Wednesday.

* Catcher Yorvit Torrealba returned to the team Saturday, coming off the paternity list. Read more on that here.
