Lineups: Elvis Andrus out, Michael Young at SS

Elvis Andrus, who left Sunday's loss at Kansas City with right shoulder soreness resulting from a head-first slide, is not in the lineup for the Rangers' series opener against the Red Sox in Boston. Michael Young gets the start at shortstop and bats second.

The Red Sox are without David Ortiz, who has been on the DL since July 26 with an injured right Achilles tendon.
