ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Texas Rangers made a late lineup change, inserting Elvis Andrus at shortstop and moving Michael Young back to designated hitter. The order stays the same.

Young's wife, Cristina Barbosa, is close to giving birth to the couple's third child, so Young was with her for most of the day and is on call to be there whenever she goes into labor. So he'll be the DH and if something happens, manager Ron Washington will make a switch.

Young has two sons, Mateo and Emilio.

The lineup:

RANGERS
2B Ian Kinsler
SS Elvis Andrus
CF Josh Hamilton (L)
3B Adrian Beltre
RF Nelson Cruz
DH Michael Young
LF David Murphy (L)
C Geovany Soto
1B Mike Olt
