ARLINGTON, Texas -- ESPN Stats & Information (shout out to: Chris Lees, Jeremy Mills, Ryan Feldman, Jose DeLeon, Michael Veneziano, Dan Braunstein and Brandon Mendoza) put together some analysis on Matt Harrison's superb start against the Twins, in which he had carried a no-hitter through two outs in the sixth. A look at how he beat the Twins:
* Harrison got 16 outs with his fastball and allowed only one hit with it. Over half of his fastballs were up in the zone, the first time this season he's done that.
* The Twins put 14 of Harrison's fastballs in play, hitting 10 on the ground (71 percent).
* Twins hitters were 0-for-8 in at-bats ending with Harrison's breaking pitches. It's the second straight start Harrison did not allow a hit with his curveball or slider. He had allowed eight hits with the two pitches over his previous three starts.
