Texas Rangers pitcher Neftali Feliz has agreed to terms on a one-year contract for the 2013 season.

The deal is worth $2.9 million plus incentives and means that David Murphy is the only arbitration-eligible Ranger player unsigned.

Feliz, 24, had Tommy John surgery in August and is rehabbing. He hopes to rejoin the club at some point in the middle of the 2013 season. He was 3-1 with a 3.16 ERA in eight games (seven starts) last season before going on the disabled list on May 19.
