Adcock held the Cardinals scoreless in five innings of work, allowing only three hits and striking out four batters. The rookie picked up his only win April 30 against the Minnesota Twins, pitching a perfect seventh inning in route to an 11-2 victory.

Ian Kinsler is 1-for-2 against the right-hander while Adrian Beltre and Mitch Moreland have homered in their only at-bats against Adcock.
