SEATTLE -- Texas second baseman Ian Kinsler's two-run homer in the third innings run off Seattle ace Felix Hernandez has been overturned by video replay.
Behind in the count 1-2 Sunday, Kinsler hit a shot down the left-field line. It appeared to be foul, but third base umpire Brian Gorman ruled it a fair ball. Kinsler didn't even start his home run trot until after Gorman pointed that the ball was fair.
Seattle manager Eric Wedge immediately ran out to argue. Gorman, the crew chief, wasn't in the video room for long before returning and declaring the ball foul.
Kinsler then grounded into an inning-ending double play on the next pitch.
