Update: Adrian Beltre talks way into lineup again

By Blair Angulo

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- The Texas Rangers will again be without Josh Hamilton (vision) and Adrian Beltre (intestinal issues) for tonight's series finale against the Los Angeles Angels. First pitch is scheduled for 9:05 p.m. on ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM and FSSW.

UPDATE: Once again, Beltre has talked his way into the lineup. His strong batting practice performance before Thursday's game means he'll take over for Ian Kinsler at DH. Kinsler bumps Jurickson Profar at second base.

Beltre also used his powers of persuasion Sept. 13 against Cleveland when he was scheduled to sit with a left shoulder strain. The updated lineup:

2B Ian Kinsler
SS Elvis Andrus
3B Michael Young
DH Adrian Beltre
RF Nelson Cruz
LF David Murphy
C Geovany Soto
1B Mitch Moreland
CF Craig Gentry

CF Mike Trout
RF Torii Hunter
1B Albert Pujols
DH Kendrys Morales
3B Alberto Callaspo
2B Howard Kendrick
SS Erick Aybar
LF Mark Trumbo
C Chris Iannetta
