About the Stars

The Stars (28-25-3) lost 3-1 at Detroit Tuesday. The Stars, who are winless in their last three games (0-2-1), fell behind 2-0 in the first 9:15 of the game to the Red Wings, who set an NHL record with their 21st straight home win.

“We have to be better in the beginning of the games,” said Stars forward Loui Eriksson. “We know they are a really good team and have been playing really good at home. They got a better start and it’s tough when they are up 2-0 against you.”
